Wow. That's good news.

One thing though, is the upkeep of the relationship.

Don't be surprised if she falls back to her old ways at some point. Gently remind her that when you had your meeting you both committed to an open relationship as far as communication and if there's any confusion/or problem let's just talk about it openly.

Thanks Chai Tea, yes, I've considered the upkeep part of it.

My next challenge is to lay as low as possible at work, if I need to vent to simply punch a pillow because anything you tell gets around. I am hoping to find another job soon. One that pays better and where they will be appreciative of what I can offer. Although, I have to say, the new supervisor is a gem.

I don't like myself too much lately, all I do is complain about things and project a general air of misery! Not a good place to be. Thanks again.
