I have been slow to warm up to Zaha Hadid as an architect; a lot of her early work was not built, and then when it finally was, I'd not been that interested, and now she is building up a storm. I might be on a learning curve here.
I ran across an article today about her work on a Maggie's Centre, in Scotland. More about Maggie's Centres here:

I like the idea of all these architects doing wonderful small buildings to serve as these centres. I'd like to see more about them individually to figure if they'll be comforting and supportive places for patients and families dealing with cancer.
