Brilliant!
A bit of "hands across the sea" doesn't do any harm in the long run, as long as it's all positive, constructive stuff.

I especially like the way how The Guardian presented that report on the frontpage ...
There's nothing like a good clean up in the old Caracas regions, once in a while.
Puts a spring in the step.
That Livingstone bloke, he's caracas.
Wake Up
I wonder how many Venezuelan's are in agreement with this deal to go ahead? Hugo Chavez has a reputation of giving away what does not belong to him to many countries across the world while the ones who he is meant to be helping and protecting are suffering!
The article commented that in return we would receive advice on how to help children on the streets ... well I suppose this is very much needed as there have been some reported cases of the police in Venezuela covering children in petrol and setting them on fire... this is Hugo's way of dealing with the problem... do you really think he is going to listen and act on the advice that is given to him by a democratic society?!
Chavez' main priority is to implement a Castro-Communist regime which undermines the human rights of all the Venezuelan people ....... When is the International Community going to wake up to the cries of desperation from Venezuelans and support our struggle to maintain our liberty, culture and ideology?!
