Because the acting world champion England lost their quarter final match against Saudi Arabia 4 - 1 on Sunday .... they left the country immediately and don't play the play-offs any more.

Oh, you don't know what I'm talking about? There's the INAS FID World Football Championship 2006 going on here in Germany, from 26 August until 16 September 2006.
