The best way is using bittorrent. You need to first download a bittorrent client. There are many options but the best one in my opinion is uTorrent (that's micro-torrent).

Next, you will need to choose a torrent search engine, because there are different networks. Once again, there are many options here. The best two search engines in my experience are http://www.torrentspy.com/ and http://thepiratebay.org/

Be warned! Using Bit Torrent to download copyright materials may well be a criminal or civil violation of the law where you live.

Sorta self-limiting, though; P2P sharing has risks enough all by itself, but snagging pirated downloads is one of the surest ways there is to infest a machine with yuckware.
