So far as I can tell, you are the only person experiencing this.

What happens that requires this? I have to figure out the steps -- what causes it. Does it happen every time? "It's not unusual" does not tell me much. What are the precise circumstances under which it happens, and what are the precise circumstances under which it does not happen?

And I need some background. So -

• What browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Foxfire? Opera? AOL? Netscape? Something else?
  
• Mac or PC? Which version?
  
• Any problems with any other sites?
  
• Any problems with viruses or spyware?
  
• Anything else wacky going on with your computer that you think might be of interest?
