I realize that many of you here have shown concern on abuzz about my struggle with Screech's diabetes. And I'm so sure you all want to hear more that I'ma gonna tell ya. He became diabetic again a couple of months ago and just finally leveled out!

So, for now, he's stable, I'm hugely relieved, and the cat's happy again. The dog is happy too, because she gets to share in all the cat's special treats.

Very Happy

CUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!

So fuzzy and sweet! I SO want to tickle that little kitty cat cheek.

(Can you tell I'm going through major cat withdrawal? Of about a dozen years' duration now... sighh...)

So glad that he's doing well. This happened with my mom's cat too -- diabetic, then stabilized -- and she's still going strong.

hehe! I was wondering how the little feller was doing.

Cute little guy but umm.. I think he needs to be introduced to a comb. And look at the whiskers on thay guy! Yikes! Smile

Glad to hear you've got him leveled out. Finding that balance is the hardest part.

Hi littlek --

Thanks for sharing your good news!! You made my morning!! I love to hear about happy pets who are loved and cared for unconditionally.....

Great picture.... are you sure that book (on top of the aquarium) is heavy enough? Screech looks like a pretty strong kitty.... LOL

Jack (super Border Collie) sends a "woof" to Bootsie (super Boxer).

Peace and Love
Sandra

Screech! He's a very fluffy, very friendly critter. :-D

So glad to see he's stable again. Air kisses to him and to Miss Bootsie.

Hi everyone!
sozobe - getacatgetacatgetacat - - -oh, wait, is there a member of your household who's allergic? That's the worst. It might be why I'm still single (hehehe).

fishin - it was tough. I almost hope he stays diabetic instead of going in and out again. It makes me crazy with stress! Hope all's well with your lil diabetic.

PAL - hiya P&L - hear you all had a good time at the great lakes! The book is heavy enough. He seems the only way to the fish is through the side of the tank (not too smart, but I love him anyway).

dlowan - thanks. Bootsie HAS HAS HAS to have some of Screech's food (yummy kitten food, fresh cooked chicken and sea fish). She goes on a hunger strike if she doesn't get some.

craven - he loved that fish (fish=dead=sigh).

jes - I air-kissed them both!

HI JERRYR!!!!! (can gather on thursday evenings down South if'n y'all are up for it.....)

Quinn1 - AHA! Eyep, he's fattening up! The pic is from before he was sick the first time.....
