I dont think you have looked very hard have you feixueliuyun? There have been hundreds of chinese students asking the same question as you and many have been answered. You must try a little by yourself. Look at the rest of the questions in this forum.

This morning I had a banana with toasted bread. I also ate an orange, then had some tea with milk in it.

Westerners eat all kinds of things at breakfast time:

Cereals with milk
porridge
fruit juice
toast and tea, or coffee
fried eggs, bacon, tomatoes, black pudding, hash browns, fried bread

First of all, what do you mean by Western? The Western part of the USA, or the western part of the World?

Pease tell your teacher, I had for breakfast this morning:
2 cups of coffee
1 glass of orange juice
1 big baloney sandwich with Mayo

I had a slice of cold pizza.
