Domains/Hosting Advice?

Hey, I've been searching on the net for AGES, and I need some personal testimony on this...

I need a free (or extremely low-priced) web hosting/domain registration, preferably with lots of space, and a short URL with a reliable server.

Any advice? Laughing

Thanks for doing so husker, the day we allow hosting reccomendations from small hosts to be posted is the day small hosts will post questiosn and answer themselves about what the best hosts are.
