I am interesting in what foods are eden in Tibet most possibly lunch, do you have receipe?

I believe a mix of mare's milk and mare's blood is traditional, especially when travelling.

Bring to a boil, cool and then skim off the upper layer. Freeze upper layer, on little stick and you end up with a frozen yummie!
