Just realised that this has turned from a 'I'm so upset thread' to a 'I'm free and single, come and get me thread'

Must have got my mojo back!

Oops, didn't see you there, smorgs...this is for Soz.

That's the long term plan, Soz.

Plan A......Move to the farmhouse, grow tomatoes, get fat, watch cows, drink local wine. Keep a small (tiny) place here in the UK, near the Channel Tunnel, and some large shops. Tunnel for ease of back and forth, shops for the better half, when she gets sick of watching cows.

Plan B.....More Drastic. Move to Farmhouse, buy tiny place in New Zealand, or Oz (I have NZ passport, as well as Brit one).
Summer (Northern Hemisphere) grow tomatoes, get fat, watch cows, drink local wine. Hop on plane in Sept/Oct to .......

Summer (Southern Hemisphere) grow tomatoes, watch cows etc etc ...hop on plane in Apr/May....back to Farmhouse.

It needs some working on, but we aim to do it in about a years time.

Interesting, eh?

Wench sounds a good idea, smorgs, but you'd have to provide your own uniform.

I'll put the idea to the Missus.......then again, maybe not, as I value my skull too much.

Very interesting!

Sounds magnificent, in fact.

Then, you write some Peter Mayles-ish but much much better memoirs and get stinking rich (even richer than you already are of course, m'lord <curtsey>)

I was thinking of doing that, but it would strictly be an amateur non-paying A2K thread, methinks. I'm not good enough to do anything bookworthy, especially as I'll be semi drunk and burping most of the time.

I'll leave smorgs to pull now, as she has that look in her eye.

Sorry, smorgs.
