Poached Eggs

Poached eggs on toast! My favourite (eating out) breakfast! Yum. I like it with either spinach or with sauteed mushrooms. Oh double yum!

I'm with MsOlga, yummm! I'm a poor poacher, tho, and usually settle for softbpiled, or sunnyside up.

"Smalltalk" might fit well in "General"... although I'm happy to talk about eggs and food!

I have been enjoying a poached egg with a veggie sausage pattie (that the contraption actually cooks at the same time) on a whole wheat english muffin most every morning lately

It IS a perfect day... it's sunny and 68 here in Gods country, the sky is a perfect Carolina Blue (what else) it's dead quiet in my neighborhood, I'm going to the gym, picking up some deposit checks, my events business is taking off again and I'm delighted I'm not the only one enjoying a great day.....
