Spaghetti tossed with garlic, chili flakes & sliced button mushrooms which had been gently fried in olive oil. Then tossed with lots of chopped fresh parsley from the garden.
LOTS of garlic ... the real thing! A gift from a friend who's a friend of an Italian garlic grower.
