Do you all remember Jack?

Hi there,

Back in November I took on a troubled little pup called Jack who had a gammy back leg as well as a number of other behavioral problems caused by the abusive & irresponsible previous oweners.

Anyway, I haven't posted for ages and just wanted to say thanks as Jack is in fine fettle these days! His bad leg is now perfect, the metal pin causing all the trouble was removed and all the muscle has built up again. Not only that but we seem to have eliminated every single one fo his bad habits - no more pee to clean up!!!

I really appreciate all the help and sound advice from people on this board, especially from people like Lord Elpus. Jack is grateful too, as these pictures will prove:

Hope all are well; man & beast.

Patrick

Patrick, thanks for the update and link to the photo.

It's great to see Jack doing so well.

Now you'll have to come by and help newer posters who are having trouble with their dogs and peeing!

Yeah... he had a bit of an altercation with that swan. He was trying to retrieve his ball from he pond, but the swan wasn't too happy about this. Jack soon retreated to behind the raling to bark from a safe distance.

How gorgeous!, he is the spitting image of my 'Poppy' who also had a gammy leg through cruelty as a puppy

....now she just rules the roost and I have never had such an intelligent little dog ever, she drags her mat around to follow the sun throughout the day, also picks on my Rotty and has the nerve to hide her biscuits in my pot plants or wardrobe, which ever she can get away with without me catching her!

And talk about love the water, wether it be ocean, rivers, lakes or my swimming pool nothing phases that little Popsicle

Your Jack is lovely all the best!

Nice to get an update of Jack. He truly looks very healthy
and happy. I especially love the picture where Jack is
"watering" the yellow Daffodils Laughing

Thank you for the pictures, Patrick!
