This country is run by the dumbest b******* on earth. This piece of trash had already served twenty years for rape in Latvia and our morons let him come and live here.

It's people like him that make the death penalty look so appealing.
some would say that's the joys of living in the EU where you can travel freely between member states.
obviously the latvian courts never decreed that he could not leave latvia so as soon as he was able to travel, he did.
The fact that he has now been given 3 life sentences means he will never be on the streets again. I'm guessing the sentence in latvia obviously wasn't as long as the UK one, explaining how he was out on the streets in the first place!!
