every major game publication (and i read most of them) all tell me the ps3 is due for release in november as do these sites

Silence the violence you guys. You probably dont have a PS3. If so what games do you have, what does the package come with, can you read Japanese, is your dad making alot of money for this. Listen you do not have a PS3. Goodbye, I will not be coming back to this topic.

djjd62 & rollthemouse, it is possible for some people to get ANY electronic product before its release.

When beta testing needs to be done for such products, they are given to users (lying in the range of experts to rookie) across the world for piloting.

Some are also sold such Beta versions (Overall product minus tested add-ons) at lower prize. They are even allowed to carry them home to find effects of electric power fluctuations, dust , day-to-day moisture and microbes on the device. But this is done secretly a quarter / 3-2 months before the release, to avoid any pre-launch technology leak.

this is true, but this guy has been a complete tool right from the start

if he's a tester than say so, but he clearly stated on the first page that he had a ps3, that they had been out forever and were available pretty much everywhere

i don't care if he's a beta tester or the president of sony, he's a tool plainand simple
