dismiss with prejudice? Can anyone explain exactly what it means when a case is "dismissed with prejudice" by a judge? Thank You

"Dismissed with prejudice" means that a complaint has been dismissed and that it can't be re-filed. In other words, the case is gone and it's not coming back.
