What a coincidence, I was just reading about TMF on MTV.

The Music Factory, TMF for short, is a music video channel in the United Kingdom owned by MTV Networks Europe. Formed after the two other TMF stations, which are based in mainland Europe, the channel was created to counter against Emap's The Hits channel on the new free-to-air digital television service Freeview.

From the 30th January 2006, to compete against CBeebies, and the new CiTV channel. TMF betwwen 0700 and 0900 is showing Nick Jr.'s Noggin, which has shows like Dora the Explorer and Thomas the Tank Engine.
