President did not know about levees

President Bush defended his actions in the aftermath of Hurrican Katrina. Bush admitted that he was never told what levees were before the destruction.
I didnt know what they were, Bush said at a press conferenece this afternoon. I though levees were something you used to get you car out of a ditch or something. I sure as hell wasnt going to spend tax dollars to make sure peoples cars didnt get stuck in ditches.
Even though I know what levees are now, I still stand by what I did, Bush continued. These are poor people were talking about. Most of these people didnt have a pot to piss in. I had a vacation coming up. What do you think Im gonna do, ruin my vacation to help a few poor colored people? Would YOU do that?" Bush asked a reporter.
"If I was President I would sir", the reporter replied.
"Well, that's why you're not Preident", Bush responded. "Next question?"

On that note, don't you think that every presidential candidate
should have an IQ test, in future?

Bush believes the Earth is 10,000 years old and we should be teaching intelligent design in schools. And he was the SMARTEST candidate!

That is ridiculous. Bush believes the earth is 6500 years old.

It may have been written in jest. However, I suspect it is closer to truth than fiction.
If GWB = Good With Bullshit, didn't know about levees then he is derelict in his presidential duties and if he knew about the levees he is criminal in that he was more interested in his vacation and playing the guitar than the lives of New Orleans residents and destruction of New Orleans.
Is that badge for real? Please tell me it's for real...
