How to approach people for ebook submissions?

Hi

I am creating an ebook for t-shirt sellers and am trying to get article submissions for people with different areas of expertise regarding the subject in return I would put their company name and web address alonside their article and give them a free copy of the ebook. Please could anyone tell me if they have any ideas which would help get more people interested in submitting ideas?

Hi
I go to craigs list .org and have a look around there ... There is heaps of experts in there who are always willing ....

Then I would try google answers, rentacoder, freelance.com, scriptlance, expert village

But my first chooce is always Craigslist
