Have a Choccy tasting!

While chatting with a rep from Sandeman's, and sipping their quite lovely Ruby Port (about $13 and change here, a bargain), I had an entertaining idea. A chocolate tasting! The folks at Valhrona have no less than 5 'Grand Cru' dark chocolates, each with their own character, which are availible in tiny squares as well as bars.
