BBB- Hah! The interesting thing is, that the rain was not very bad here. Apparently, it comes both to the north (Brandon) and south (Bradenton), but does not DARE cross my path.

This is not a one time thing, but seems to happen on a regular basis.
We had just about enough rain to wash in the gunk that the lawn people put on the lawns!

My understanding was when the builder first built this burg, he checked out the weather stats, and purposely picked this area out to build!
