Where did you get the word from?
Putting it in context would be good.

I don't think it's any recognized word, I think it's an attempt at conveying a sort of strangled scream. It suggests frustration to me.

Context would help.

But it's still just one person's formulation, not anything more standard.

Th eonly thing I can think of is if its related to comedy.Certain characters say something like an elongated 'I' which I would spell as 'aiiiii'(like eye) which is menat to be a long drawn out 'allright' which refers to saying Im alright or yes.

Laughing What happened BEFORE the "IIIAH!!!", lainchance?

Could be a fake kung-fu-type yell, too.

Actually I was downloading some cool characters and happened to see this, so nothing really before or follow it......

I don't think so. Again, it's made-up so no RIGHT or WRONG answers per se -- could be that the person was trying for something and didn't quite convey it clearly.

But to me its more of an "eeeeeeeeYAH!" Something that starts more contained and then bursts out at the end.

Then it's more towards a kung-fu-ish yell.
