JERUSALEM, Jan 2 (AFP) - A builder who was a regular client at a brothel in Tel Aviv fell so madly in with one of the prostitutes that he attempted to kidnap her from her workplace, reports said Monday.

The 45 year old tried to drag the naked woman away while she was in the middle of a session with another client at the massage parlour near the city's bus station, according to the Haaretz daily.

Police who were called to the scene found the builder in a tug-of-war with the prostitute and several of her fellow working girls.

The man was later arrested and was to be indicted for attempted abduction
