Noddy,

I'm going in for the kill. It has been priced by one nice individual for $14.95, and I'm going to make the buy. I will save, just about 55% (I'm not going to do the math); it was originally $28, reduced by amazon to 16.80 and then somebody took off a couple bucks to end up with me saving approximately $12.50.
I would've had to wait ages for the paperback version, but now I'll have something to read over the holidays. Thanks for the good advice Noddy.

BTW I'll be glad to discuss the book in this thread as well, once I get reading it.
