Great littlek, I especially liked the China link as I have been wondering about the horrible living conditions we have placed Iraqi civilians in by cutting off the water to about six million people living in a desert. It seems like it could be a war crime to me.

Recently on heard on the BBC news that the UK will not be turning over the POWs they have taken which apparently number in the thousands because of the US death penalty and it is not at all clear whether or not these POWs will be treated in accordance with the Geneva Convention.

The UK says it is against British law to turn over any prisoner to the US that could face the death penalty. Hmm, I am wondering how Bush and Blair will settle this conflict. The BBC reporter also cited that the US has refused to participate in the International War Criminal Court.
