I hope we will get information on dates from out-of-town A2kers. The in-town A2kers seem pretty flexible.
If this is going to happen then we need to get some definite information soon. Otherwise, I'll make other plans for the weekend.
I just sent pms to Zane and Syn. Hopefully we're still on.
When we considered our venue for our first San Francisco a2k gathering, we tried to find a "central" location that would accommodate the number we were expecting to attend comfortably - with good sound acoustics because some of us are hard of hearing. Venues, dates, and times are very important to settle early. Our first London gathering was held at ye olde Cheshire Cheese, one of the oldest pubs in London.
Have we decided on a place and time yet?

I remember they spent four weeks arranging the Boston meet for Kitchenpete, who was flying in from London, and when he got there, nobody came.

Friday is my sisters annual halloween party so its a no go for me. If you wanted to do it on Sat. I would be more than happy to go.
