I tried to reinstall itunes on my computer, it gets to the part that says configuring windows installer and a error message comes up like this

1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance,
Return Code: -2147024894

I downloaded itunes off the apple website and it comes up with the same error. I'm thinking it has something to do with windows installer.
