Ros, youre right, Ive forgotten that point (among so many others that RL has bagged out on).
His blurt about Darwin "having apreconceived theory" shows that hes not only a denier of science, hes a firm denier of history.

That's not fair! You almost bust my gut with the outburst of involuntary laughter that gushed out after reading your post.

Let's talk fair and balanced. Schools will be required to teach it or lose their funding and present it respectfully.

Churches will be required to teach evolution in Sunday school and present it respectfully or lose their tax exempt status.

I just want to see who blinks first.

Place your bets.

Yeah, and we could teach the stork theory of human reproduction, and the demon theory of disease, and the "Earth sucks" theory of gravity in schools, too!

Gravity is a law...not a theory. Evolution is a theory.

Only if youre Newton. A Law is usually described with an equation, a theory may have boundless equations . Like evolutions laws (Hardy Weinberg, Dolo's Law, LAws of Superposition, Laws of cladistics, etc) gravity, as invoked by relativity , is a theory. The laws that underpin the theory, like Universal Gravitation, are merely part of the whole .
