It's truly a fine food day-- Here's what I've prepared and will eat all day during work hours:
Smoked Salmon on toasted whole grain bread with olive oil
Brown rice with fresh basil, feta cheese, spinach, and coconut oil
Watermelon
Jumbo Cashews
and
Dark Chcolate
Especially on Monday, you've got to be good to yourself..
Vegetable wonton soup and shredded beef with hot peppers and garlic.
Wow!! I wanna have lunch with you guys.
I had a tin of tuna in mayo on toast and an apple.
mmmm.... an apple sounds nice, perhaps as my mid-afternoon snack. I'm partial to Delicious how about you?
I have no idea yet but I really want a steak rice bowl from Red Robin.
Sturgis, that sounds really good, and an apple would be refreshing after all the spices.
Material girl-- if I were nearby, I'd definitely give you some of my food, there's plenty of it. A tin of tuna...oh dear.
hey dont knock it, a little tuna fish gave up its life so I could stop feeling hungry.
Tho Id happily murder a cow and a pig if it meant a big fry up!!
Isn't it weird that people have no qualms about hacking up a cow or a pig but can't seem to stomach the thought of cutting up a human?
