Hi everybody,
I am writing from Italy and I need your help! Razz
I love William Blake and his visionary poetry so much that I would like to write a thesis on his literary works. I know that he inherited many of Rosircucian items and symbols and, then, mirrored part of them in his opera. Can you help me with some precise references about that?
I have noted a particular similarity between the title of one of his most famous works - The marriage of Heaven and Hell - and that of Rosicurcian manifesto - The Chemical Wedding of Christian Rosenkruetz -.
Do you think my hipothesis is too much rash and forced? Shocked
I remember that Blake studied kabbala, alchemy and esoteric material...
I would be very grateful to you if you helped me!
Yours sincerely!
