Absolutely! The answer is then "REAPPEARANCE."
Dammit - I got the same answer with a different criterion...
6 vowels and 6 consonants. When answering riddles I try to give enough so that the riddler knows I got it but vague enough so that someone else can answer it again.
It's a habit I got from riddling with chib.
I thought of REAPPEARANCE too, but for a different reason: all the above words are derived from Latin, and reappearance is the only not Greek one...
