Anyone know if it's legal to use an air rifle on public property in California?
I'm not talking about in a dangerous setting, I mean out in the desert.

Look at sections 12551, 12552 and 12556. I think section 12556 paragrpah "e" covers the sort of are you intend.
True... looks like I would have no place to use it..
