So, your criticism is that the technical definition of terrorism has been changed......Yes, that sounds like a horrible sin by the State Department. You must be running out of things to criticise the US government for. Whatever you do, don't waste any of your energy criticising the terrorists.
You all haven't been listening.
Any increase in acts of terrorism is a sign that we are winning. It means that the terrorists are on the run. (Of course, any decrease in acts of terrorism also means we are winning.)
