What mathematical symbol can be put between 5 and 9, to get a number bigger than 5 and smaller than 9.

I don't see how you can get the nobel prize for making an imaginary number...can someone explain? Cause if it's just a random word, i say blop is between 42 and 43. Now i should get the nobel prize!

I dont think bleep is an imaginary one ... it should be like pi ... some significance should be there ..

for the answer to this riddle .. it is

fIVe == that is roman four
nIne == that is roman one embedded in five and nine ..

in seVen there is five , in sIX there is a nine ... like that ..

Yeah I agree... It is not easy as what you think it is to create a number and name it because you have to prove it and you have to give its significance. Smile

I think ebrown_p's answer to this riddle is the correct one...

A mathematical symbol "." if put between 5 and 9 makes it 5.9 thus greater than 5 but less than 9. :wink:
