Any a y'all ever read London's To Build a Fire?

He had a rather cynical view of the loyalty of dogs.

Their fate will be sealed on Thursday, when a judge is expected to decide whether the dogs should be euthanized or rehabilitated, a question also being debated by Chihuahua rescue groups....

Sounds similar to roving gangs of human thugs. Hmm, to euthanize or to rehabilitate?

Hmmm. I thought it was about playing with matches. ('Sides, it was the guy's fault the dogs were out there to begin with. Screw 'im.)

Chihuahuas are the creatures B.F. Skinner used for research when he developed his "ratomorphic" behaviorist psychology. (they like cheese)

Jakes got somebody who cares about dental hygiene. Good for you Timber. How the hell ya do work on that brute? Mycatahoula is like this thing from hell when its time to get dental work done > He has to be anesthitized.

I know an elderly shepherd who looks a lot like Lucy! Brown eyes though.

All the puppies get fresh, sturdy beef bones, plenty of 'em (we buy 'em in bulk from a local butcher), and their basic diet is a high-quality, hard, dry kibble, formulated for tartar control. They each also get a couple Greenies every day. We're pretty good - not real good, just pretty good - about not giving them table scraps or people treats. No sweets at all (well, hardly ever), and about the only gooey-sticky stuff they ever get is peanut butter. That they love - its a real special treat. We stuff a licked-out bone's marrow channel with it, and they are like kids with candy. You oughtta see 'em watching us make 'em up. In the summer time, we make up a bunch of 'em, and freeze 'em - that goes over real well too.

Ossobuco--

As for the third wolf, she's just biding her time. All things come to one who waits.

By the by, Timber's photo gallery is the only example of "Three Wolves" that I every remember seeing. I've come across Three Pigs, and Three Billy Goats and Three Stooges, but always Lone Wolves--despite the fact that the wolf is a pack animal.
