Hey, is anyone around?
Please take me in! I have started just couple weeks ago, and it has been going great! Really. After trying to loose weight without much changing anything it finally occurred to me - eat less!
So, that's what I have been doing for these mentioned last two weeks, and it has been working great! I just cannot believe I am loosing even having candy bars once in while
Well, on a serious note I am counting calories like crazy plus exercising rather hard 4 times a week plus yoga once a week.... I have been exercising regularly for a couple year now, it is just my eating habits were way out of my weight goal.
