Firm linked to Cheney wins oil-field contract

Well yeah, they'll profit, but there just aren't that many companies around that could handle the work, either. Halliburton, Bechtel, and Flour are pretty much the field, and I would expect they are all in there somewhere.

Ah, I take that back. There may be some Russian and French companies qualified for the contracts in question. Don't hold your breath on contract awards, at least those funded with US dollars.
