The insurance commissioner of the state of Florida has struck down free enterprise. I am being forced to go with the only Insurer in Florida who provides windstorm coverage, but I must abandon my present Homeowner insurer to do so. I have been informed that this is perfectly legal. What is going on?

Don't suppose that it would do any good to complain.
