Former Playboy bunny Anna-Nicole Smith has bared almost all at the MTV Awards in Sydney - pulling her dress down to her waist to expose her 32DD-size breasts.
While presenting an award, Smith pulled down her pink and silver dress, exposing her breasts - before turning around to tease audience members with a glimpse of the top of her G-string.

The human train wreck that is Anna Nicole Smith pulled into Saturday night's Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras, with Spike's moles reporting that the blonde was "grinning like a piano" in the VIP area. "I can report she was in the VIP guest bar at Mardi Gras in the wee hours of Sunday morning surrounded by half a dozen or so very attentive lads who appeared to be ensuring she kept up her furious alcohol intake," our spy tells us.
