Hi,
My pc can't detect my modem sometimes.This happens after I disconnect the first internet connection.When I try to connect the second time there will be no dialtone unless I restart my computer ( from the button ).
Also, I find my desktop icons black!
What should I do?
With regards to your modem, it sounds like it is possibly not hanging up the connection properly and resetting itself correctly. I would suggest downloading the latest drivers for your modem and see if they help.
