I used to be able to and have used it a few times before, for some reason it is requiring a plug in that seems to not be able to install......???????
Do you have any more detail .... does it say what plugin, or offer any other detail or error message?
Anyhow, don't worry too much about it now. Have you tried Panda yet ... or gone any further at all?
