You can find this and just about any other conversions by typing "1 acre in square feet" into Google.

I find it is easy to remember if you consider that there are 640 acre in a square mile. So 1 acre in ft^2 is (5280ft)^2/640.

Somehow it is ingrained into me that 5280ft is one mile, and 640 acre per square mile is an easier number to remember than 43,560ft^2.

On the other hand, one can try to remember that an acre is about (208ft)^2.
