Hi George,
I guess youre the "go-to" person for the correct latin translations! Ive done just a little research and have found that its better to get the translation from an actual person that speaks it or studies it rather than an online translator. So if you could translate a few things for me Id sooo much appreciate it!

- "Love dissolves all boundries"
- "Time waits for no one"
- "Forgiveness"
- "Passion"
- "Love is blinding"
- "Strength"

Thats all for now. I might have a few more soon!

Thank you 1000xs!
George

@Vanessa15,
Tempus neminem manet.
Tempus --> Time
neminem --> no one, no man
manet -> waits for

Propitiatio --> Forgiveness

Cupiditas --> Passion

Amor caecat.
Amor --> Love
caecat --> blinds

Vis --> Strength

Hi all (and especially George)

I am in somewhat of a pickle here. I'm trying to translate the following sentence:
You are the sanctuary that I call home. What I've got so far -no snickering!- is "Sanctuarium es qui dico domi" I suspect this is horribly wrong so if you have the time, could you take a look at it?

Thanks,

Gert

Not horribly wrong at all.
I would use quod rather than qui (neuter to agree with sanctuarium) and
domum rather than domi (accusative).

Read this.
