Heh, heh! This reminds me of something.
When I worked at the Waterloo branch of the Sth Sydney Library (yes margo the place is safer now that I have left!) there was a microfiche reader for the historical stuff like the Sands Directory.
We had a lovely, but young (well younger than me) IT person who'd come in regularly to... well... re-image like everything, cox the clients would just stuff up the public PCs ALL THE TIME!
So one day when she had finished and having a chat to us all in Tech
Services I catch her attention....
'You know the fiche reader upstairs', sez I all concerned.
'What's wrong?'
'Could you check it out? None of the hyperlinks work!!!
