I just happened to be watching the latest documentary on the last Tsunami, the scientist realized that people has not been warned properly. There were no protocol put in place for the people of the areas that were hardest hit, i sure hope that they have taken proper steps to warn and teach people what to do.
We can't avert tsunamis, but we can educate the masses, to the best of our abilities, it seems as if this should be done immediately.
That crack looks worrisome.
