I am looking for a recommendation on where to acquire incoming and outgoing cell phone call detail. There are several sites that offer this service for anywhere from $80 to $250 for one monthly detailed report.
Has anyone used a service they would recommend, and does anyone know sources to acquire this info as a public citizen.

I think that what you are asking is illegal.
I agree with Kristie that what you are asking is probably illegal. Passwords are used to keep prying eyes away from information that is none of their business.
