For a politician who couldn't beat a dead man in a race for the Senate, I think he did a good job, and I'm glad he was AG after 9/11.
No one will convince me that rounding up illegal Middle Eastern visitors didn't prevent additional terrorist attacks, or that the price of the accomplishment was the loss of American civil liberties, but then I don't think anyone can convince bipo of the opposite.
