What do you mean by "portal" or "cms"?

I ask because they mean a variety of things. If you want a way to use phpbb content outside of phpbb I started with "fetch all" and made my own (that I'll release one day).

There are many types of cms or portal solutions that people use with phpbb.

You have not indicated what type you want but I have already recommended one.
