Phoenix -- I LOVE Spam. My mother would slice it thick, dip in a beaten egg, coat it with breadcrumbs and fry on a hot skillet. Delicious. Myself, I'm too lazy for all that work. I just slice it, brown it on a skillet and serve with fried or scrambled eggs. You can even eat it uncooked as sandwich meat. Most versatile junk food ever invented!
